Superconscious Academy's train-the-guide programs and resources support parents, teachers and helpers to activate the LifeSurfing superpowers of the young people they care about.

We can’t protect young people from the stresses of life, but we CAN teach them the skills to surf the waves of life with greater ease and confidence.

Learning LifeSurfing skills equips a young person with the basic skillset to recover their inner balance, enhancing their lifelong emotional and physical wellbeing.

They develop an inner knowing that no matter what life throws at them, they’re not helpless or hopeless. Instead, they know that there are things they can do to reclaim their inner power, sense of control and agency.

When a young person is clear about what they want and who they are, it helps them make choices aligned with their inner compass.

And when they learn how to turn their dreams into reality, they claim the keys to creating a fulfilled and happy future.

Hi, I'm Carina!

I’m the mum of two precious kids and the founder of Superconscious Academy.

I’m also a Youth Specialist, and a practitioner of career development, mindset and Spiritual Companioning. As a Tapping practitioner and trainer, I provide Level 1 and 2 accreditation programs for teachers, helpers and families.

I’ve had the pleasure of coaching hundreds of people – adults and young people alike. As a ‘coach of coaches’, I design programs that help teachers, helpers and parents guide young people to connect with their inner power and wisdom.

For as long as I can remember, my primary interest has been deciphering the keys to conscious life creation.

Healing from trauma and being neurodivergent means I’ve worked extra-hard and extra-smart to steer my focus, regulate my emotions, master my thoughts and consciously create a life that I absolutely love.

By virtue of my lifelong passion and practice, these skills are now my superpowers and what I teach others.

I call the practice of these skills the art of LifeSurfing.

I celebrate generational healing across all cultures, and hold the vision of happy, healthy and safe children everywhere. I give thanks to the caretakers and original custodians of this magnificent Earth and the land on which I live. I honour and pay respect to Elders and Ancestors, and to those in Spirit who guide me.
