I’m the mum of two precious kids and the founder of Superconscious Academy.

For as long as I can remember, I've been passionate about deciphering the keys to a fulfilled and happy life. Healing from trauma and being neurodivergent means I’ve had to work extra-hard and extra-smart to steer my focus, regulate my emotions and master my thoughts.

Because of my passion to understand, and a determined practice borne of necessity, these skills are now my superpowers and what I teach others. I call the practice of these skills the art of LifeSurfing.

I’m a youth specialist and a practitioner of Tapping (EFT), Spiritual Companioning, Mindset (NLP) and Career Development. I facilitate Trauma Informed Care and Practice workshops and a range of transformative programs.

My mission is two-fold: to teach people of all ages how to harness their epic creative power, and to provide training and resources for the Wayshowers supporting others to do the same.

There’s never been a more important and exciting time for us to reconnect with our fullest empowerment, and to the whole of who we truly are! I look forward to sharing the journey with you.
